September 2005 - Richmond Care Villages UK

Ecom Ireland have been awarded the contract to re-design, develop and market a new website for Richmond Care Village Centre Ltd. in UK. Part of the Barchester Group which is one of UK's largest home care companies with centers in over 160 locations, Richmond Villages offer luxury care accomodations for the elderly in UK and Ireland.

 

August 2005 - ECFS award Ecom Ireland

The European Cystic Fibrosis Society have awarded Ecom Ireland the contract to develop the first central European CF Patient Registry.

The initial phase of this project will include 10 member countries who will submit research data into a central repository for analysis and reports. The contract is a result of Ecom's expertise in developing web-based medical applications and will incorporate Ecom's proven security module and database design.

 

June 2005 - Ecom Patient Management System

Ecom Ireland's PMS has been reviewed and short-listed by the European Cystic Fibrosis Society (ECFS) to be used for a European pilot project.

The project will combine medical data of CF patients from 10 countries for analysis and research. Ecom's PMS is a web-based patient management system with over 500 fields and can be modified and adapted easily to be used by any medical centre. Currently, Ecom Ireland are using this system to develop a Patient Management System for the Alpha 1 Antitryspin Registry and also for the Irish Cancer Society.

   

May 2005 - Homelocators.ie

Homelocators, which is one of Ireland's oldest and well established property agents awarded Ecom Ireland with the contract to re-design and re-market their website (www.homelocators.ie). The site is due for launch by the end of June 2005.

 

April 2005 - Ecom CRM

Ecom Ireland launch a web-based Customer Relation Management software.

The software has been under development for the past 18 months and is the result of a joint venture between Ecom Ireland and Ecom Interaction, a multi-lingual, next generation contact centre based in Clonakilty, Co Cork. Currently, Ecom CRM is used by over 150 agents world-wide and offers full CTI (computer telephony integration) with several systems including AVAYA, Meridian, TATA, Wicom and Nortel.
